We create a Digital Cabinet site for your business, allowing you access all your flies, set accessibility credentials for your employees, and even use a powerful full-text search, all delivered through a secure web portal. Our Data Center has stringent, redundant security and power systems, including biometric access control, redundant internet, power, climate, and backup systems. We treat your data as if it were our own.


There are four key stages once you deliver your files to us. First, we use high volume, high-speed scanners to convert all your paper records to digital files. Then, the files are indexed into a database for easy access and organization in the Digital Cabinet. Then, simply access your files whenever you need them; no software is needed other than a web browser. Finally, we back up all the data into two duplicate resources and periodically make off-site copies.
